Shipping + Returns
 

Thank you for shopping with TourNewSoul! We will pack up and ship most items within 10 - 14 business days. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays. This shipping timeline does not include pre-ordered items, which need time to process. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. We will only accept returns if the item is faulty or broken.

It is up to the client's discretion what company to ship their item with, if they want insurance, tracking, or any other services attached to shipping. It is the client's sole responsibility to choose their preferred shipping method at checkout and pay accordingly for the shipping costs. TourNewSoul strongly recommends the client purchase insurance and tracking on all shipped parcels in case of delivery issues. Once the package is shipped, TourNewSoul claims no responsibility for the package. All insurance claims must be made through the chosen shipping company. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note: Due to COVID-19, packages may be arriving late via USPS and other shipping methods. TourNewSoul holds no responsibility once the package is shipped, and has no control over the delay in shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
